Stake's casino has two parts: the Stake Originals, games the operator develops itself, and titles from third-party studios. The Originals run on Stake's published provably-fair system, with an overview and a per-game explanation of how a random number becomes a game event; third-party games follow their own studios' rules and return figures, and the provably-fair documents do not cover them.

This site documents individual games at the rules level only; it does not audit game mathematics and has not wagered. Per-game pages sit under the Originals overview, and a blackjack basic-strategy guide sits alongside them.

Sportsbook and payments: what the documents cover

The sportsbook has its own published rules document covering settlement, voiding and odds changes, summarised on this site's sportsbook page. On payments, Stake's withdrawal help lists blockchain confirmation and manual processing among the things that affect a withdrawal; the documented deposit path, the wrong-network rule and the deposit limits are quoted, with their sources, in this site's crypto casino guide and USDT guide.

These documents show which options exist and how the rules are written; they do not show arrival times, fees or whether the service is available where you live, and this site has not deposited or withdrawn.

Licence and region: the certificate proves identity, not legality

The regulator certificate retrieved on 2026-07-22 lists stake.com, Medium Rare N.V. and licence OGL/2024/1451/0918, an identity record you can reopen. The terms also publish a list of prohibited jurisdictions in section 14.3. This site re-read that section on 2026-09-03 and holds it as a first-class source record (shown in the source panel of this site's game guides): it named 44 jurisdictions, including the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands and, within Canada, Ontario, the same 44 that an earlier copy from 2026-07-09 recorded. The list changes; read the current version before opening an account.

Whether Stake is legal where you live is a question this site cannot answer; that depends on your local law. What it can answer is how to tell the real site from an imitation: the certificate, the operator name and the official domain are the three checks.

Logging in and the app: keep to the official domain

Type stake.com yourself rather than following a search advert or a social-media link, and use the account-recovery and two-factor options offered inside the official site if you lose access. This site does not handle accounts and gives no login help beyond that.
